emoflon rectal ointment is a medical device used to treat symptoms associated with hemorrhoidal disease and its complications such as anal fissures and eczema
it works by forming a protective barrier over the affected area, helping to soothe irritation and protect the skin
the formulation contains sucralfate and soothing plant extracts that promote skin regeneration and healing
it reduces dryness and helps prevent further irritation or injury during bowel movements
suitable for external and internal rectal application using the provided applicator
- wash hands before and after use
- apply around the anus preferably after bowel movement
- use a small amount internally using the applicator if needed
- typically used 1 to 2 times daily
- clean the applicator after each use
