EZETROL® 10mg Ezetimibe 28 Tablets
ezetrol 10mg tablets contain ezetimibe, a lipid-lowering medication used to reduce high cholesterol levels in the blood
it works by reducing the absorption of cholesterol in the small intestine, lowering total cholesterol and bad cholesterol (ldl)
it also helps increase good cholesterol (hdl) and reduce triglycerides
ezetrol can be used alone or in combination with statins when cholesterol is not adequately controlled
it is prescribed along with a cholesterol-lowering diet to reduce cardiovascular risk
- take one tablet once daily as prescribed by your doctor
- can be taken with or without food
- continue cholesterol-lowering diet during treatment
- take at the same time each day for consistency
- do not exceed the recommended dose
