These softgel capsules contain EPA and DHA, which support the normal function of the heart, brain, and vision. Specifically, DHA helps maintain normal brain function and vision, while EPA and DHA together contribute to heart health. To achieve their beneficial effects, a daily intake of 250mg of DHA and EPA is recommended, along with Linolenic Acid (LA) for maintaining healthy blood cholesterol levels. Suitable for vegans, these capsules offer a convenient way to enhance your omega fatty acid intake.

First time I�ve purchased this item so not sure if it is of any benefit as yet. A bit pricey but having done some research it appears to be better quality than other cheaper alternatives. Capsules are quite large but gel-like so not too bad to swallow!

Just what I needed!

I decided to start increasing my omega intake and thought supplements would be the best option. These capsules are perfect as they contain everything I need and they're vegan, so they suit me perfectly. They are quite large but I haven't found them difficult to swallow with a drink. I do find that they repeat on me somewhat though, and I get the taste of mayonnaise in my mouth after taking them (from air coming back up from my gut, I think). I skipped a couple of days and didn't get the odd taste, so can only assume it is these tablets. But it doesn't last long and they're really good for me so it's a price I'm willing to pay! Which reminds me, they're also very reasonably priced when you subscribe!
