Holland & Barrett Ultra Woman tablets specially formulated for women with 21 vitamins and minerals for health and wellness.
This supplement contains Calcium, Vitamin D and Magnesium, which contributes towards the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function. Magnesium contributes to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue. Copper contributes to normal hair and skin pigmentation, the maintenance of normal connective tissues and iron transport in the body. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal fertility and reproduction, as well as the maintenance of normal hair, skin, and nails.
