Make sure you are logged in (online) or provide your registered mobile number in-store so your points are tracked correctly.

Points are not earned on: 1. Gift cards & any payments other than Online & Cash/Card payments. 2. Taxes and fees 3. Certain discounted or promotional items (as specified in campaign terms)

Yes. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

Points earned on returned items will be deducted from your balance.
