- For normal to dry skin: Use once daily as an exfoliating cleanser. Apply cleanser to wet skin and massage gently in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with water.
- For oily and combination skin: Use twice daily as a cleanser and scrub, and twice a week as a mask.
- To use as a mask, apply a thick layer on the skin and leave for 15 minutes, then wash well with water and remove by rubbing in circular motions. Avoid the eye area.
