Coveram 10Mg/10Mg Tablets is a combination medicine containing perindopril and amlodipine, used for the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension) and coronary artery disease.
Perindopril is an ACE inhibitor that relaxes blood vessels, while amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that improves blood flow.
Together, they help lower blood pressure more effectively than either medicine alone.
This combination supports better heart function and reduces the risk of cardiovascular complications.
It is usually prescribed for long-term management under medical supervision.
