• Use as directed by your doctor or as per leaflet instructions
• Insert the nozzle into the nostril and spray while inhaling gently
• Typically used 1–2 times daily (do not exceed recommended dose)
• Do not use for more than 3–5 consecutive days
• Clean the nozzle after each use and close the cap properly
