- Apply a thin layer of the gel (approximately 1–4 cm) to the affected area. Massage gently until fully absorbed. Repeat up to 3 times daily, ensuring applications are spaced at least 4 hours apart. Avoid using more frequently than every 4 hours. Wash your hands after application, unless treating them.
