• Remove the existing insoles from your shoes if possible.
• Place the old insole on top of the Dr. Scholl’s insole and trim along the guidelines if needed.
• Insert the new insole into the shoe with the fabric side facing up.
• Ensure the heel of the insole sits firmly against the back of the shoe.
• Replace the insoles when they become worn for continued comfort and support.
