    I've been using this for just over a week and I've noticed a difference already. It's gradually whitening my teeth and even my mum has said she's noticed a difference and can tell they're whiter!     As this toothpaste is black, yes black, it may take some getting used to. You also need to rinse your toothbrush extra carefully, as black particles tend to cling. But it works as a toothpaste, using traditional charcoal as an ingredient, and the best thing is, it does not contain neuro-toxic fluoride.
