I could see a marked difference in the whiteness of my teeth after only 1 week of use. However, the taste isn't strong enough for me as a morning toothpaste, so I'll be using it as my night time clean. it is perfect for use before sleep as it is gentle and not too invigorating. I use it with the mouthwash for added effectiveness.
