Fexodine 120mg Tablets contain fexofenadine hydrochloride, an antihistamine used to relieve allergy symptoms in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older. It works by blocking histamine, a natural substance produced by the body during allergic reactions. Fexodine is effective in treating symptoms of hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis) and chronic hives (chronic idiopathic urticaria). It helps alleviate sneezing, itchy, runny, or blocked nose, as well as itchy, red, and watery eyes. The tablet provides long-lasting relief without causing drowsiness, making it a non-sedating option for allergy relief.
