    Tried this after being recommend it, was a bit worried as i normally hate anything apart from water. I have it cold and it was actually really nice, not to strong on the taste and no realt after taste thst some teas can have. Feels really good on my sensitve tummy and makes me feel lovely and fresh to start the day.

    Excellent quality, and you could get 3 cups out of one tea bag. I cut open the triangular bag and poured the herb into the cup separately, as I wasn't sure what the bag was made of.
