    Great value offer and speedy delivery. If I forget to take them I do notice a difference as my arthritic thumbs become more uncomfortable.

    I bought this for pains I had in my hip joint that had gradually got worse over the last few months, after reading about the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric (and effect of pepper on increased absorption of the turmeric). The pain started subsiding after just one week, and 2 weeks in it's almost gone. Went for a run this morning and didn't feel my hip at all.

    My mum is on chemotherapy and I have bought this for her to help aid her with her symptoms. Her bowels were quite inflamed in the beginning of treatment but since using this they seemed to have calmed down and have not flared up again. Her symptoms are not as bad whilst she has these, she also takes general vitamin supplements so I am unsure if the results are solely down to these but it�s a thumbs up from me
