    Was recommended these from a doctor so wasn�t going to question him(!) have almost finished my first bottle and not sure if they are doing me any good or not(!!!?)
    Still will continue with them as sometimes it takes a couple of months before you find and benefits...

    I am immunocompromised due to ill-health, and had been suffering from muscle cramps. I read it could be due to a lack of Magnesium and bought this product with Zinc, as Zinc also supports immune function and can reduce inflammation. since commencing Magnesium and Zinc tablets I no longer suffer from muscle cramps.
