    As a first time creatine user I bought the best value product I could. This product is such good value and suits those who want creatine but don't need the high end versions
    Like other reviews mention, this product doesn't dissolve at all. I used to have it with my protein shake but it would all collect at the bottom. However, my friend suggested dry scooping the powder into my mouth and washing it down with any drink of your choice. GAME CHANGER. Makes the product totally worth the purchase

  2. Very good supplement! Don't mix with cold liquid

    I actually bought this ages ago, and have only just run out as I wasn't very consistent with taking it. The best way to use this is to mix it into something warm or hot so it dissolves fully. Ignore the guidelines of using a cold drink if you don't want gritty bits to remain. I add it to my porridge once cooked in the morning and that's perfectly fine! Creatine isn't just for muscles, it has other benefits too such as brain function, bone density etc. Highly recommend if you are Vegetarian/Vegan as you don't get enough naturally!

    I put it into my porridge everyday ,i don't feel any taste as got honey on the top so if doesn't mix well not issue in my taste.

    This product does not dissolve AT ALL. Not even in boiling water and it has a grainy sand like texture that can�t be masked even in a thick shake or smoothie

    On sale, got me out of a hole as I had run out. Who knows if it works or not?? It could be self-raising flour for all I know... But it was almost as cheap as Bulk, and I picked it up same day.
