    I�ve been suffering from really bad hand excema since August and nothing was clearing it. My hands were constantly in cotton gloves day and night. I tried this out of desperation as nothing else worked. Instantly the skin on my hands improved and are almost back to normal. I can�t recommend this product enough. Possibly due to it containing B vitamins which we often lack.

    Thought I would give Holland and Barrett Skin Hair & Nails a whirl, not the best decision I have ever made to say the least.
    No benefits at all however I did suffer with an incredible skin rash which resulted in a trip to the doc�s & being prescribed with a steroid cream to treat.
    Not the best of experiences & sadly very disappointed.

    Sadly these played havoc with my stomach, so after 2 weeks I had to stop taking them. Just be careful if you�re prone to stomach issues.

    This is useless product, I have been taking regulary for 3 months and in fact my nails are chipped, they never used to be and my hair started to fall out even more. I bought it to help with my hair and it had oposite effect. Would not recomend. waste of money!
