    I got this to avoid hair fallout but it did much more than that. Hair is stronger and grows quicker. My nails grow super fast I�m cutting them more often! What really surprised me was my face, it�s clear and has a glow. I don�t even use harsh face washes any more. I ordered in Feb 2021 and I�d say I started seeing benefits as soon as April. Keep at it!

    Taken 3 tablets for a couple of weeks. I would say I am losing less hair, but nails have not improved at all. Also put special nail conditioner on them several times a day. Hope to get them less brittle and less to break and split.

    As a hairdresser I recommend this product. It has 27 key ingredients to promote healthy hair and nails. Don't expect it to work over night as vitamins are needed everyday for healthy hair. Will help nutrition from the root.
