Shake for 5 seconds. Make sure the two phases are correctly mixed before using it.
Apply generously to the skin, half an hour before exposure to the sun. Reapply every 2 hours or after sweating, swimming or drying yourself with a towel. By reducing the application quantity or not shaking the product enough, the protection factor is reduced.
