• For optimal oral health, brush your teeth for 2 to 3 minutes, at least three times daily, especially before bedtime and after meals. Consistent daily brushing helps maintain a cleaner mouth. If you have sensitive or delicate gums, it is suggested to brush gently and alternating between Kin Whitening and your regular toothpaste. Discontinue use if you experience any discomfort during or after brushing.
