• When applying the tape, it is essential not to touch the adhesive surface. The adhesive reacts to heat and is activated by it. Due to the stretching of the tape strip, the tape tears in the middle and the backing paper comes off. Now the tape can be applied without touching the adhesive surface.
• Clean and dry the skin before application.
• Cut the tape to desired length and round the edges.
• Apply to skin while stretching tape as instructed (for support or decompression)
• Rub gently to activate adhesive
• Can be worn for several days, even during sports or showering.
