Martiderm Shot Salicylic Imperfections Serum is a cremigel formulation that combines 2% salicylic acid with tea tree extract to deliver a powerful synergistic effect, purifying and rebalancing the skin. This alcohol-free face serum helps mattify the complexion, even out skin tone, and provides a fresh, non-greasy finish while leaving the skin feeling comfortable. Salicylic acid, a beta hydroxy acid, promotes cell renewal, regulates sebum production, and offers antimicrobial benefits. The tea tree extract adds antibacterial, astringent, and soothing properties, making the serum especially effective for blemishes associated with combination or oily, acne-prone skin.
