- To be diluted in a glass of water (about 200 ml). After stirring, drink the contents immediately. The formation of bulking gels which is a sign of the excellent quality of the product. The recommended dose is 1-4 sachets per day depending on individual needs or doctor's advice. Continue for a duration of 3-4 weeks for more results.
