Reparil-gel N is a unique preparation that has triple effect: it relieves pain, anti-edematous (decreases swelling), and acts as an anti-inflammatory. Diethylamine salicylate and aescin are its active components. When aescin is applied topically, it stops water from building up in the tissue and reduces swelling, which relieves pressure and a heavy feeling in the affected area. Diethylamine salicylate, a salicylic acid molecule, is very good in relieving deep-seated pain and amplifies its anti-inflammatory properties. Reparil-N Gel is transparent and quickly and thoroughly enters the tissues that are affected. It is especially clean and enjoyable to apply because it doesn’t leave the skin feeling greasy and does not smear. Reparil-N Gel is exceptionally well accepted, even on sensitive skin areas, and it cools the sore area while being kind to the skin.
