- Open the pack immediately before use and remove the patch. Wait a few minutes while holding it in your hand to allow activation of the thermal reaction.
- Remove the adhesive film. Position the patch in the painful area, sticking it to your clothing or directly to the skin, ensuring comfortable and free movement.
- The maximum temperature will be reached in approximately 30 minutes. When the heat is no longer felt, detach the product.
