Cefuroxime is a cephalosporin. Like penicillins, it is a beta-lactam antibiotic. It acts by binding to specific penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs) located inside the bacterial cell wall thus it inhibits the bacterial cell wall synthesis.
Without a cell wall, a bacterial cell is vulnerable to outside water and molecular pressures, which causes the cell to quickly die
Zinoximor 500mg is an antibiotic containing the active ingredient Cefuroxime Axetil, used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections.

- Take this medication by mouth with food to enhance absorption, usually twice daily (every 12 hours), or as directed by your doctor.
- Dosage is based on your medical condition and response to treatment. In children, the dosage is also based on weight.
