- Bring the required amount of water to the boil and cool to 70 degrees Celsius
- Pour approximately half the required amount of water into a clean bottle
- Loosely fill the measuring spoon supplied according to the feeding guide and level off with the back of a knife
- Screw the bottle closed and shake well, add the remaining water and shake well again
- Cool the formula to drinking temperature
- Check temperature on your wrist before feeding (37 degrees Celsius)
