- Apply a small amount to a cotton pad and hold it on your eyelids for a few seconds to dissolve makeup. Gently wipe from the inner to outer eyelid and then from top to bottom along the lashes. Clean the bottom eyelid by wiping from outer to inner corner, then back to outer corner.
