    Quick delivery and well packed. I have pernicious anaemia and cannot absorb B12 through oral supplements or through dietary sources and I need B12 injections every three months. This can be sprayed under the tongue (it has a nice taste!) and is supposedly absorbed straight into the bloodstream. Not sure if this has helped me yet but I feel better knowing it's there! Hopefully it will be useful if I feel I need a boost before my injection is due.
