    I've been using this for a couple of weeks and I've noticed I smell! After researching, I realised it was the B12 causing the odour. I haven't noticed any benefits and I think I probably don't need to take it. It's not for me, although others may benefit.

    My hubby uses this each day as he is lacking in vitamin B12 and gets injections every 10 weeks but also uses this to top up if feeling tired.

    the spray nozzle does not work well and the spray drips down the side of the spray....they need to improve the nozzle. Have used H&B before and they were much better.
