    Have not been able to get my B12 injection at the GP due to the pandemic, this spray has been a great alternative, have not suffered the usual fatigue I suffer when my B12 levels are dropping so it must be working. Tastes nice and is convenient to use.

    I�m vit B12 deficient, and I need injections regularly, as most people who are B12 deficient do. I can always tell when my injection isn�t working anymore, and these sprays are excellent to tide me over between the visit to the nurse. Not all vitamins are equal...
