    I have been using this for about 2 months every day without a fail to boost my hair growth as I am losing quite a bit. I do have low ferritin levels so I am on iron supliments alongside vitamin C but I have seen no effect from this once I stopped using iron. If anything my skin went drier. Even though I was suggested to take this by a private dermatologist during a routine check. Will give it another month or so but might change to something else.

    Bought a couple of weeks ago - been using 3x a day since (was looking for an easy way of getting 10,000 units due to my deficiency). Taste is fine, disappears/absorbs easily enough.
