I�ve tried tablets in the past and they take much longer to absorb into the body whereas this spray is instant. A definite must have in the winter months when it�s darker. Ensure you spray under the tongue or inside cheek of your mouth. The taste is also quite pleasant and minty.

The best way to take a vital vitamin!

My wife was diagnosed as lacking Vitamin D, and a GP friend of ours, said that an oral spray is the best way to take Vitamin D.
