Easy delivery of Vitamin D3 in a decent dose

This is an easy was of getting Vitamin D daily - I do it at night after I have cleaned my teeth, its easy just to squirt it under the tongue and its a good way to ensure fast absorption. One squirt gives a decent dose of vitamin D3 - much more readily absorbed than vitamin D2. I'm impressed with this product.
