This spray is amazing and much stronger than the capsules that the doctors prescribed me because my Vit D was very low and the capsules didn't help much when I got my regular blood test done, it didn't show that my Vit D was improving much. However, I started to take this spray and my Vit D improved dramatically even the doctor asked me what I was taking, I have been taking this spray for years and Vit D blood results came back good every time and I don't feel the way I did before. Can't be without this spray now.
