• After cleansing, dispense a small amount of BioNike Defence Refreshing Toner onto a cotton pad.
• Gently sweep the cotton pad across your face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
• Alternatively, pour a few drops of the toner into your palms.
• Lightly press your palms onto your skin until the toner is fully absorbed.
