Actaea racemose, a North American woodland herb, is commonly used as medicine for estrogen-related conditions like menopause, PMS, painful menstruation etc. Actaea racemosa contains caffeic acid, ferulic acid, isoferulic acid, and triterpene glycosides, which have anti-inflammatory effects.
