Dragon Superfoods Blue Spirulina Powder is cultivated in filtered natural water and contains all the nutrients of the algae. Organic Blue Spirulina Dragon Superfoods is a well-known blue-green algae spirulina (Spirulina platensis). As a result, is obtained the natural food pigment phycocyanin. Extracted from quality organic raw material, it preserves the nutritional benefits of spirulina. It has a much milder taste and aroma than the typical “fishy” ones of the algae. The characteristic deep blue colour and the lack of strong taste make the blue spirulina suitable for desserts.
