    Bought this toothpaste as it was on offer and thought I'd give it a go after trying various other charcoal powder tooth products (not from H&B). I found the powders very harsh on my gums and thought the actual toothpaste might be better. It's a smooth consistency with no grittiness and a lovely mint taste. It leaves my mouth really fresh and clean. My teeth feel really smooth and best of all my gums are not irritated in anyway. My teeth defiantly feel and look better after the first week of use. My friend came to stay and she used it while here. She loved it and has picked some up for herself now. I've just ordered another 2 for myself and will continue to use.

    Was looking for a fluoride free toothpaste but some were really expensive so looked at holland and barrett and found a better value one being using for a couple of weeks nice fresh taste and clean teeth even people noticed my teeth looked.white good product to use if wanting a tooth whitening toothpaste.
