Description

Ferose F Chewable Tablet is used for Iron deficiency due to poor absorption, chronic blood loss and other conditions. It contains Folic Acid and Iron as active ingredients. Ferose-F Tablet works by helping red blood cells to deliver oxygen to all over the body; acting on megaloblastic bone marrow to produce a normoblastic marrow. Folic acid and iron are essential nutrients that are critical for many biological processes. Folic acid (FA) has been used for the prevention and treatment of macrocytic or megaloblastic anaemia. Iron supplementation alone or in combination with folic acid has been associated with the well being of the mother and fetus as well.

Each chewable or swallowable tablet contains 100mg of iron as Iron III (Ferric) hydroxide polymaltose complex (IPC) plus 350mcg of folic acid.
How to Apply
How To Apply
  • Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor. As with all iron preparations, a dark colouration of the stool may occur which is without clinical significance.
  • Ferose-F should be taken during or immediately after a meal. Ferose-F tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole.
