- It is recommended to use the product once a week. After shampooing, distribute onto damp hair, making sure to eliminate any excess water, for the product to be more effective. Leave on the hair for 3/5 minutes, or even longer (20-30) minutes for better results. Rinse thoroughly. Proceed with Plex Rebuilder conditioner or mask.
