Description
Naphcon-A Naphazoline Pheniramine Eye Drops is used to temporarily relieve eye redness, puffiness, itching, and watering that commonly occur with allergies. Naphazoline is a decongestant that works by constricting blood vessels in the eye, reducing redness and swelling. Pheniramine is an antihistamine that helps relieve itching and irritation caused by allergies. Together, these ingredients provide fast relief from eye discomfort associated with allergies, such as itching, redness, and watery eyes. Naphcon-A Eye Drops are typically used to treat allergic conjunctivitis and other minor eye irritations caused by allergens like pollen, pet dander, or dust.

How To Apply
- Use this medication in the affected eye(s) as directed by your doctor, usually up to 4 times a day as needed. To apply eye drops, wash your hands first. Remove contact lenses before applying the eye drops. Tilt your head back, look upward, and pull down the lower eyelid to make a pouch. Look downward and gently close your eyes for 1 to 2 minutes. Place one finger at the corner of the eye near the nose and apply gentle pressure. This will prevent the medication from draining away from the eye. Try not to blink and do not rub the eye. Repeat these steps if your dose is for more than 1 drop and for the other eye if so directed. Do not rinse the dropper. Replace the dropper cap tightly after each use. Wait at least 10 minutes after using this medication before inserting contact lenses.
- Note: After you apply this drug, your vision may become temporarily blurred. Do not drive, use machinery, or do anything that needs clear vision until you can do it safely.
