- Take the equivalent of 2 grains of rice of eye cream, distribute over both index fingers and dab gently along the bony area below both eyes.
- Place your index fingers on the inner corners of your eyes and make 3 smoothing movements from the inner centre to the outer corner of your eye.
- Without taking any more product, repeat 3 times below the arch of the brow (avoiding the mobile eyelid).
- Then make firmer circular movements over the crow's feet area.
- Finish by tapping gently with your fingertips to help decongest the area around the eyes. Ideally in the morning and evening.
