Sinomarin Isotonic Adults Nasal Spray is a 100% natural nasal spray that relieves nasal congestion naturally, thins mucus and cleanses the nasal cavities effectively. It is an isotonic seawater solution (0.9% in NaCl) rich in minerals and trace elements. This nasal preparation cleanses the nasal cavities by removing accumulated mucus and adherents such as pathogens (eg bacteria & viruses), allergens (eg pollen, household allergens), dust and pollutants, through mechanical action helping to maintain health and the avoidance of secondary ENT. infections. 1)Blow your nose to clear out mucus before using Sinomarin.

2) Break the tamper-proof seal on the bottle and remove the protective overcap.

3)place the nozzle on top of the bottle.

4)Bend neck gently forward over a wash basin and tilt head to the right. 5)Gently insert the nozzle into the left nostril, in parallel with the nasal septum, and press firmly. Turn your head to the opposite side and repeat the application in the other nostril.

6)Remove the nozzle from the nostril, return to an upright position while allowing the solution to work for a few seconds, and then blow the nose.

8) Repeat the procedure if necessary.

9)Remove the nozzle from the bottle, wash well with warm water, and wipe dry after each use.
