    Its good for the bowels

    It tastes disgusting so I mix it with pineapple or another juice. But its good to clean out the bowels. I dont use it often as half a hour after taking any I'm on the toilet.

    Difficult to use

    I definitely think this has helped my energy levels and the pain in my knees. I have been able to run again for the first time in 6 months.
    However, I have just found it really hard to take. I thought I could throw it in my slimfast shakes but it made them taste like the milk had gone off. I�m not the cook in my house so the idea of seasoning stews or mince with it doesn�t work either.
    I was trying to mix it into a tiny bit of squash but it doesn�t dissolve and the taste and texture is vile.
    I have given up and got capsules which I hope I will get on better with.
