I've been using this for a couple of weeks and I've noticed I smell! After researching, I realised it was the B12 causing the odour. I haven't noticed any benefits and I think I probably don't need to take it. It's not for me, although others may benefit.

the spray nozzle does not work well and the spray drips down the side of the spray....they need to improve the nozzle. Have used H&B before and they were much better.
