I was recommended this by a friend whom was recommended it by there doctor.
Iv been taking for a good week or so now and I think it�s help...I feel I have a little more energy! I�m not doing anything different other than taking this, it may all be in my head I don�t know, but with not getting out much I thought I�d give it a go.
Nice fresh mint taste that�s not to strong.
One spray on the cheek...inside obviously and done.

I've had this before and have found it very useful. Know it's working because my nails are much stronger. Had this rather than tablets so I wouldn't be consuming unwanted ingredients. The dose is just one spray per day.

Have been using this product for a few years and seems to be doing a good job of maintaining good levels of Vitamin D. Prefer a spray to taking tablets and as a bottle lasts about 3 months it makes it good value for money, especially if it�s on offer.
