    Bought this and within one week i had so much extra energy, i could barely get up in the morning before this and now i have enough energy to jog every day and go to the gym 7 days a week. One spray per day is more than enough.

    I was recommended this by a friend whom was recommended it by there doctor.
    Iv been taking for a good week or so now and I think it�s help...I feel I have a little more energy! I�m not doing anything different other than taking this, it may all be in my head I don�t know, but with not getting out much I thought I�d give it a go.
    Nice fresh mint taste that�s not to strong.
    One spray on the cheek...inside obviously and done.

    Have been using this product for a few years and seems to be doing a good job of maintaining good levels of Vitamin D. Prefer a spray to taking tablets and as a bottle lasts about 3 months it makes it good value for money, especially if it�s on offer.
