    I have taken vitamin D for the last 8 years. I truly believe it has helped keep me fit and healthy. We begin our supplement on October 1st and continue until the end of March without fail. Holland and Barratt always have vitamin D in stock.

    I heard Vitamin D was the way to go this winter. This spray is pleasant tasting, easy to use and was good value for money compared to some supplements. Apparently taking it in a spray form is more effective than tablets, even better...

    Love that it�s easy and in a spray but it made me feel a bit sick and tastes so strong! I got two bottles after running out of my tablets from Canada and won�t be using them all up at all
