After living in a sunny country I moved to England. I had many symptoms associated to vit D defficit because I didn't have enough exposure to the sun for many years. I used 2 sprays daily ( 6000 UI) for 7 weeks and then I used 1 spray (3000 UI) for 3 -4 weeks. My blood test is totally normal now 125 nmol/l. After my results, I am still deciding if I should use 1000 UI daily or not take anything and wait for the spring that is almost there.
